6-2, 4-0…Bring on the Steelers?

November 8th, 2009 | by mikenorrod |

Well, they did it!  They swept the Ravens, Cedric Benson had TWO 100 yard + days on the ground against them, and our defense gave them fits ALL DAY LONG!  From ESPN.com “That’s pretty cool,” receiver Chad Ochocinco said. “I like being in the driver’s seat. Today was a statement game. I want every game to be a statement game.”  <– Better believe it!

Monday night we get to see what kind of frame of mind the defending Super Bowl champs are in.  In seven more days we will meet, and try for the completely unthinkable, go 5-0 in the AFC North, and only have the Browns left to finish off before going 6-0, and almost certainly winning the division.

We lost Chris Henry for a while, hopefully he will come back before the end of the season/playoffs.

Ochocinco fumbled twice, and once we got lucky because of a penalty, the other time could have been a game changer.  he has been amazing, but he has to hold on to the ball after the catch.  Trust me, I love Chad Ochocinco, I will be soon be doing an article on just him, and all his Ochocinco’ness.    I hope to get a chance to talk to the man himself when it comes to that time.

Now the big question comes, can we beat Pittsburgh and command the serious lead in our division we want, and dare I say it, set up for a possible useful bye week on the first round of the playoffs.
