Mouth of the South, and the end of the Chase?

The Bengals have re-signed Shaun Smith the big mouth, trash talking, quarterback punching, locker room cancer!  I am not sure why, or how this will work out.  I am guessing they look at it as the Larry Johnson deal worked out, so why not try this too?  Difference is Shaun Smith is not much of a talent he is just a fat guy that gets pissed off when he doesn’t get his way.

In case you didn’t know they did this in response to Peko being out until no earlier than the last regular season game of the year versus the Jets, take that along with Tank’s lingering pains, the D-line is thin (of course after already losing Odom).  We should hope that Smith doesn’t make the end of the week and that we can bring John Thorton out of retirement before this sets hold… John where are you?????

The season is over (not that it ever began) for Chase Coffman, they have put him on season ending IR because of bone spurs (I guess that is the new terminology for “Can’t Block to Save Life”).  I am sure we all hope Chase gets well soon, and gets over this case of the can’t blocks..er I mean Bone Spurs… (in all reality I REALLY REALLY want Chase to get with the program and become the threat we need at TE, or I will know the position is cursed)

We have 4 games left and I hope that we can win 3 or more of them, and lock up a first round bye, so we can hopefully have a healthy Peko and get some rest for some very weary guys, they have all been playing their hearts out, and I really wish them all the best, so let’s all yell Who Dey All Dey, and scream at Farve thru the TV this Sunday and win this thing!!!!
